Returns & Shipping Policy

Shipping — UK

We aim to dispatch all UK orders within 3–5 working days of receiving them. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Shipping — International

We ship internationally. International orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days and typically arrive within 10–14 working days of dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by local customs processing, which is outside our control.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applicable in their country. These costs are not included in our prices and we are not able to advise on what they may be — please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
International customers wishing to return an item should contact us within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, email us at sales@big-budz.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm the return address and next steps by email.
Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with any original packaging where possible. We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will process your refund within 5 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a further 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
We will refund the cost of the item. Outbound postage costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at sales@big-budz.co.uk with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened growing media (compost, coco products, etc.) cannot be returned for hygiene and contamination reasons unless the product is faulty. If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please get in touch before sending anything back.
