Placing an Order
By completing a purchase on our website you are making an offer to buy the goods described. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email. A contract is formed at the point we send that confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or if there is an error in the price displayed on the site.
Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for these costs and they are not included in our prices.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. All payment processing is handled securely by our payment provider. We do not store card details.
Delivery
Please see our separate Returns and Shipping Policy for full delivery details. In summary, we ship to the UK and internationally. UK orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days. International orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days and typically arrive within 10–14 working days of dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

We make every effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. Product specifications (such as growing media compositions) are provided as guidance and may vary slightly between batches. We do not accept liability for minor differences.

Big Budz products are sold for horticultural use. Results may vary depending on growing conditions, environment, and the experience of the grower. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes and are not liable for crop failure or losses arising from use of our products.

Limitation of Liability
